CANCELLATION POLICY
Crowned By Victoria Booking Policies At Crowned By Victoria, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To respect the time of every guest and maintain the highest level of service, please review the following policies before booking. Cancellation & Rescheduling A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the scheduled service. No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total, and future booking privileges will be permanently revoked. Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time to ensure your service can be completed as scheduled. If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. While I cannot guarantee that your appointment can be accommodated, I will do my best to adjust the schedule when possible. Up to 10 minutes late: Grace period. 15 minutes late: A $15 late fee will be added to your service. 16–29 minutes late: A $20 late fee will be added to your service. 30 minutes or more late: Your appointment will be canceled, and a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Please understand that late arrivals may result in your service being modified, shortened, or rescheduled to avoid delaying the next scheduled guest.
