De-Matting Service This service is designed for clients with severely tangled or matted hair that requires extensive preparation before any styling service can begin. Using gentle, professional detangling techniques and moisturizing products, I carefully work through the hair to minimize breakage while preserving its health and integrity whenever possible. Because de-matting is a time-intensive service, additional time will be added to your appointment. Please book this service if your hair has excessive matting, prolonged shedding, or has been left in a protective style beyond the recommended timeframe. Failure to book the appropriate add-on may result in additional fees or your appointment being rescheduled if sufficient time is not available.

Style Take-Down Service This add-on includes the safe removal of your previous hairstyle before your scheduled service. It is designed for styles such as sew-ins, crochet styles, quick weaves, wigs, ponytail installs, or other extension-based styles that require additional time for removal. This service does not include the removal of individual braids, including knotless braids, box braids, or plaits. If you are unsure whether your current style requires a Take-Down Service, please contact Crowned By Victoria before booking.
